Isaiah 59:20

וּבָ֤א לְצִיֹּון֙ גֹּואֵ֔ל וּלְשָׁבֵ֥י פֶ֖שַׁע בְּיַֽעֲקֹ֑ב נְאֻ֖ם יְהוָֽה׃

And a redeemer shall come to Tsiyon, and to those who turn from transgression in Yaʿaqov,” declares YHWH.
