Joshua 5:7

וְאֶת־בְּנֵיהֶם֙ הֵקִ֣ים תַּחְתָּ֔ם אֹתָ֖ם מָ֣ל יְהֹושֻׁ֑עַ כִּי־עֲרֵלִ֣ים הָי֔וּ כִּ֛י לֹא־מָ֥לוּ אֹותָ֖ם בַּדָּֽרֶךְ׃

And their children, He raised up in their place; them Yehoshua circumcised, for they were uncircumcised because they had not circumcised them on the way.
