Leviticus 1:11

וְשָׁחַ֨ט אֹתֹ֜ו עַ֣ל יֶ֧רֶךְ הַמִּזְבֵּ֛חַ צָפֹ֖נָה לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וְזָרְק֡וּ בְּנֵי֩ אַהֲרֹ֨ן הַכֹּהֲנִ֧ים אֶת־דָּמֹ֛ו עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ סָבִֽיב׃

And he shall slaughter it on the north side of the altar before YHWH, and the sons of Aharon, the priests, shall sprinkle its blood upon the altar all around.
