Leviticus 14:27

וְהִזָּ֤ה הַכֹּהֵן֙ בְּאֶצְבָּעֹ֣ו הַיְמָנִ֔ית מִן־הַשֶּׁ֕מֶן אֲשֶׁ֥ר עַל־כַּפֹּ֖ו הַשְּׂמָאלִ֑ית שֶׁ֥בַע פְּעָמִ֖ים לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃

And the priest shall sprinkle with his right finger from the oil that is on his left palm seven times before YHWH.
