Leviticus 14:30

וְעָשָׂ֤ה אֶת־הָֽאֶחָד֙ מִן־הַתֹּרִ֔ים אֹ֖ו מִן־בְּנֵ֣י הַיֹּונָ֑ה מֵאֲשֶׁ֥ר תַּשִּׂ֖יג יָדֹֽו׃

And he shall prepare one of the turtledoves or one of the young pigeons, whichever his hand can afford.
