Leviticus 14:31

אֵ֣ת אֲשֶׁר־תַּשִּׂ֞יג יָדֹ֗ו אֶת־הָאֶחָ֥ד חַטָּ֛את וְאֶת־הָאֶחָ֥ד עֹלָ֖ה עַל־הַמִּנְחָ֑ה וְכִפֶּ֧ר הַכֹּהֵ֛ן עַ֥ל הַמִּטַּהֵ֖ר לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃

Whatever his hand can afford, one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering, along with the grain offering; and the priest shall make atonement for the one being purified before YHWH.
