Leviticus 16:31

שַׁבַּ֨ת שַׁבָּתֹ֥ון הִיא֙ לָכֶ֔ם וְעִנִּיתֶ֖ם אֶת־נַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶ֑ם חֻקַּ֖ת עֹולָֽם׃

A Sabbath of complete rest it is for you, and you shall afflict your souls; a statute forever.
