Leviticus 19:33

וְכִֽי־יָג֧וּר אִתְּךָ֛ גֵּ֖ר בְּאַרְצְכֶ֑ם לֹ֥א תֹונ֖וּ אֹתֹֽו׃

And if a sojourner dwells with you in your land, you shall not oppress him.
