Micah 1:6

וְשַׂמְתִּ֥י שֹׁמְרֹ֛ון לְעִ֥י הַשָּׂדֶ֖ה לְמַטָּ֣עֵי כָ֑רֶם וְהִגַּרְתִּ֤י לַגַּי֙ אֲבָנֶ֔יהָ וִיסֹדֶ֖יהָ אֲגַלֶּֽה׃

And I will make Shomeron into a heap of the field into plantings of a vineyard and I will pour down into the valley her stones and her foundations I will lay bare.
