וְנָתְנ֣וּ עָלָ֗יו כְּסוּי֙ עֹ֣ור תַּ֔חַשׁ וּפָרְשׂ֧וּ בֶֽגֶד־כְּלִ֛יל תְּכֵ֖לֶת מִלְמָ֑עְלָה וְשָׂמ֖וּ בַּדָּֽיו׃

And they shall place upon it a covering of tachash leather, and spread over it a cloth wholly of blue, and they shall insert its poles.
