Numbers 4:7

וְעַ֣ל שֻׁלְחַ֣ן הַפָּנִ֗ים יִפְרְשׂוּ֮ בֶּ֣גֶד תְּכֵלֶת֒ וְנָתְנ֣וּ עָ֠לָיו אֶת־הַקְּעָרֹ֤ת וְאֶת־הַכַּפֹּת֙ וְאֶת־הַמְּנַקִּיֹּ֔ות וְאֵ֖ת קְשֹׂ֣ות הַנָּ֑סֶךְ וְלֶ֥חֶם הַתָּמִ֖יד עָלָ֥יו יִהְיֶֽה׃

And upon the Table of the Presence they shall spread a cloth of blue, and they shall place on it the plates, the dishes, the bowls, and the jars of the drink offering; and the perpetual bread shall be on it.
