Psalm 41:2 (Psalm 41:1)

אַ֭שְׁרֵי מַשְׂכִּ֣יל אֶל־דָּ֑ל בְּיֹ֥ום רָ֝עָ֗ה יְֽמַלְּטֵ֥הוּ יְהוָֽה׃

Blessed is one acting wisely toward the poor; in the day of evil, YHWH will deliver him.
