1 Kings 8:45

וְשָׁמַעְתָּ֙ הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם אֶת־תְּפִלָּתָ֖ם וְאֶת־תְּחִנָּתָ֑ם וְעָשִׂ֖יתָ מִשְׁפָּטָֽם׃

then You shall hear in the heavens their prayer and their supplication, and You shall execute their judgment.
