2 Kings 10:36

וְהַיָּמִ֗ים אֲשֶׁ֨ר מָלַ֤ךְ יֵהוּא֙ עַל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל עֶשְׂרִ֥ים וּשְׁמֹנֶֽה־שָׁנָ֖ה בְּשֹׁמְרֹֽון׃ פ

And the days that Yehu reigned over Yisraʾel were twenty and eight years in Shomeron.
