2 Kings 16:13

וַיַּקְטֵ֤ר אֶת־עֹֽלָתֹו֙ וְאֶת־מִנְחָתֹ֔ו וַיַּסֵּ֖ךְ אֶת־נִסְכֹּ֑ו וַיִּזְרֹ֛ק אֶת־דַּֽם־הַשְּׁלָמִ֥ים אֲשֶׁר־לֹ֖ו עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ׃

And he made smoke his burnt offering and his grain offering, and he poured out his libation, and he sprinkled the blood of the peace offerings that were his upon the altar.
