2 Samuel 6:8

וַיִּ֣חַר לְדָוִ֔ד עַל֩ אֲשֶׁ֨ר פָּרַ֧ץ יְהוָ֛ה פֶּ֖רֶץ בְּעֻזָּ֑ה וַיִּקְרָ֞א לַמָּקֹ֤ום הַהוּא֙ פֶּ֣רֶץ עֻזָּ֔ה עַ֖ד הַיֹּ֥ום הַזֶּֽה׃

And Dawid was angry because YHWH had broken out a breach against ʿUzza, and he called that place Perets ʿUzza unto this day.
