Ezekiel 20:17

וַתָּ֧חָס עֵינִ֛י עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם מִֽשַּׁחֲתָ֑ם וְלֹֽא־עָשִׂ֧יתִי אֹותָ֛ם כָּלָ֖ה בַּמִּדְבָּֽר׃

And My eye had pity on them, from destroying them, and I did not make an end of them in the wilderness.
