Ezekiel 21:17

וְגַם־אֲנִ֗י אַכֶּ֤ה כַפִּי֙ אֶל־כַּפִּ֔י וַהֲנִחֹתִ֖י חֲמָתִ֑י אֲנִ֥י יְהוָ֖ה דִּבַּֽרְתִּי׃ פ

And I also will strike my palm to my palm, and I will cause my fury to rest. I, YHWH, have spoken.
