Psalm 39:3 (Psalm 39:2)

נֶאֱלַ֣מְתִּי ד֭וּמִיָּה הֶחֱשֵׁ֣יתִי מִטֹּ֑וב וּכְאֵבִ֥י נֶעְכָּֽר׃

I was made silent in stillness; I kept silence from good, and my pain was stirred up.
