Deuteronomy 18:14

כִּ֣י הַגֹּויִ֣ם הָאֵ֗לֶּה אֲשֶׁ֤ר אַתָּה֙ יֹורֵ֣שׁ אֹותָ֔ם אֶל־מְעֹנְנִ֥ים וְאֶל־קֹסְמִ֖ים יִשְׁמָ֑עוּ וְאַתָּ֕ה לֹ֣א כֵ֔ן נָ֥תַן לְךָ֖ יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃

For these nations which you are dispossessing listen to soothsayers and to diviners. But as for you, YHWH your God has not given you so.
