Deuteronomy 22:12

גְּדִלִ֖ים תַּעֲשֶׂה־לָּ֑ךְ עַל־אַרְבַּ֛ע כַּנְפֹ֥ות כְּסוּתְךָ֖ אֲשֶׁ֥ר תְּכַסֶּה־בָּֽהּ׃ ס

You shall make tassels for yourself on the four corners of your garment with which you cover yourself.
