Deuteronomy 24:12

וְאִם־אִ֥ישׁ עָנִ֖י ה֑וּא לֹ֥א תִשְׁכַּ֖ב בַּעֲבֹטֹֽו׃

And if he is a poor man, you shall not sleep with his pledge.
