Deuteronomy 33:23

וּלְנַפְתָּלִ֣י אָמַ֔ר נַפְתָּלִי֙ שְׂבַ֣ע רָצֹ֔ון וּמָלֵ֖א בִּרְכַּ֣ת יְהוָ֑ה יָ֥ם וְדָרֹ֖ום יְרָֽשָׁה׃ ס

And to Naftali he said, “Naftali is satisfied with favor and full of the blessing of YHWH; he shall inherit the sea and the south.”
