Deuteronomy 33:24

וּלְאָשֵׁ֣ר אָמַ֔ר בָּר֥וּךְ מִבָּנִ֖ים אָשֵׁ֑ר יְהִ֤י רְצוּי֙ אֶחָ֔יו וְטֹבֵ֥ל בַּשֶּׁ֖מֶן רַגְלֹֽו׃

And to Asher he said, “Blessed above sons is Asher; let him be favored by his brothers, and let him dip his foot in oil.
