Exodus 12:37

וַיִּסְע֧וּ בְנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל מֵרַעְמְסֵ֖ס סֻכֹּ֑תָה כְּשֵׁשׁ־מֵאֹ֨ות אֶ֧לֶף רַגְלִ֛י הַגְּבָרִ֖ים לְבַ֥ד מִטָּֽף׃

And the children of Yisra’el journeyed from Raʿmeses to Sukkot, about six hundred thousand men on foot, besides children.
