Ezekiel 20:38

וּבָרֹותִ֣י מִכֶּ֗ם הַמֹּרְדִ֤ים וְהַפֹּֽושְׁעִים֙ בִּ֔י מֵאֶ֤רֶץ מְגֽוּרֵיהֶם֙ אֹוצִ֣יא אֹותָ֔ם וְאֶל־אַדְמַ֥ת יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל לֹ֣א יָבֹ֑וא וִֽידַעְתֶּ֖ם כִּי־אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃

And I will purge from among you the rebels and those who transgress against Me; from the land of their sojourns I will bring them out, but to the land of Yisraʾel they shall not come. And you shall know that I am YHWH.
