Ezekiel 5:6

וַתֶּ֨מֶר אֶת־מִשְׁפָּטַ֤י לְרִשְׁעָה֙ מִן־הַגֹּויִ֔ם וְאֶ֨ת־חֻקֹּותַ֔י מִן־הָאֲרָצֹ֖ות אֲשֶׁ֣ר סְבִיבֹותֶ֑יהָ כִּ֤י בְמִשְׁפָּטַי֙ מָאָ֔סוּ וְחֻקֹּותַ֖י לֹא־הָלְכ֥וּ בָהֶֽם׃ ס

And she rebelled against my judgments more wickedly than the nations, and against my statutes more than the lands that are around her, for my judgments they have rejected, and in my statutes they have not walked.’
