Genesis 41:38

וַיֹּ֥אמֶר פַּרְעֹ֖ה אֶל־עֲבָדָ֑יו הֲנִמְצָ֣א כָזֶ֔ה אִ֕ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֛ר ר֥וּחַ אֱלֹהִ֖ים בֹּֽו׃

And Par’o said to his servants, “Can we find a man like this, in whom is the Spirit of God?”
