Jeremiah 33:13

בְּעָרֵ֨י הָהָ֜ר בְּעָרֵ֤י הַשְּׁפֵלָה֙ וּבְעָרֵ֣י הַנֶּ֔גֶב וּבְאֶ֧רֶץ בִּנְיָמִ֛ן וּבִסְבִיבֵ֥י יְרוּשָׁלִַ֖ם וּבְעָרֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֑ה עֹ֣ד תַּעֲבֹ֧רְנָה הַצֹּ֛אן עַל־יְדֵ֥י מֹונֶ֖ה אָמַ֥ר יְהוָֽה׃ ס

In the cities of the hill country, in the cities of the lowland, and in the cities of the Negev, and in the land of Binyamin, and in the areas surrounding Yerushalayim, and in the cities of Yehuda, the flocks shall yet again pass under the hands of one who counts them,’ declares YHWH.
