Jeremiah 36:31

וּפָקַדְתִּ֨י עָלָ֧יו וְעַל־זַרְעֹ֛ו וְעַל־עֲבָדָ֖יו אֶת־עֲוֹנָ֑ם וְהֵבֵאתִ֣י עֲ֠לֵיהֶם וְעַל־יֹשְׁבֵ֨י יְרוּשָׁלִַ֜ם וְאֶל־אִ֣ישׁ יְהוּדָ֗ה אֵ֧ת כָּל־הָרָעָ֛ה אֲשֶׁר־דִּבַּ֥רְתִּי אֲלֵיהֶ֖ם וְלֹ֥א שָׁמֵֽעוּ׃ ס

And I will punish him and his offspring and his servants for their guilt, and I will bring upon them and upon the inhabitants of Yerushalayim and upon the men of Yehuda all the evil that I spoke against them, but they did not listen.”’”
