Jeremiah 7:22

כִּ֠י לֹֽא־דִבַּ֤רְתִּי אֶת־אֲבֹֽותֵיכֶם֙ וְלֹ֣א צִוִּיתִ֔ים בְּיֹ֛ום הוציא אֹותָ֖ם מֵאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרָ֑יִם עַל־דִּבְרֵ֥י עֹולָ֖ה וָזָֽבַח׃

For I did not speak with your fathers, nor did I command them on the day I brought them out from the land of Mitsrayim, concerning matters of burnt-offering and sacrifice.
