Zechariah 6:8

וַיַּזְעֵ֣ק אֹתִ֔י וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר אֵלַ֖י לֵאמֹ֑ר רְאֵ֗ה הַיֹּֽוצְאִים֙ אֶל־אֶ֣רֶץ צָפֹ֔ון הֵנִ֥יחוּ אֶת־רוּחִ֖י בְּאֶ֥רֶץ צָפֹֽון׃ ס

And he cried out to me and spoke to me, saying, “See, those who are going out to the land of the north have given rest to my spirit in the land of the north.”
