Leviticus 2:15

וְנָתַתָּ֤ עָלֶ֨יהָ֙ שֶׁ֔מֶן וְשַׂמְתָּ֥ עָלֶ֖יהָ לְבֹנָ֑ה מִנְחָ֖ה הִֽוא׃

And you shall put oil on it and place frankincense on it; it is a grain offering.
