Leviticus 3:8

וְסָמַ֤ךְ אֶת־יָדֹו֙ עַל־רֹ֣אשׁ קָרְבָּנֹ֔ו וְשָׁחַ֣ט אֹתֹ֔ו לִפְנֵ֖י אֹ֣הֶל מֹועֵ֑ד וְ֠זָרְקוּ בְּנֵ֨י אַהֲרֹ֧ן אֶת־דָּמֹ֛ו עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ סָבִֽיב׃

And he shall lay his hand on the head of his offering, and he shall slaughter it before the Tent of Meeting, and the sons of Aharon shall sprinkle its blood upon the altar, around.
