Jeremiah 10:16

לֹֽא־כְאֵ֜לֶּה חֵ֣לֶק יַעֲקֹ֗ב כִּֽי־יֹוצֵ֤ר הַכֹּל֙ ה֔וּא וְיִ֨שְׂרָאֵ֔ל שֵׁ֖בֶט נַֽחֲלָתֹ֑ו יְהוָ֥ה צְבָאֹ֖ות שְׁמֹֽו׃ ס

Not like these is the portion of Yaʿaqov, for he is the former of all things, and Yisraʾel is the tribe of his inheritance; YHWH of armies is his name.
