Psalm 37:21

לֹוֶ֣ה רָ֭שָׁע וְלֹ֣א יְשַׁלֵּ֑ם וְ֝צַדִּ֗יק חֹונֵ֥ן וְנֹותֵֽן׃

A wicked one is borrowing and does not repay, and a righteous one is gracious and giving.
