Ezekiel 35:7

וְנָֽתַתִּי֙ אֶת־הַ֣ר שֵׂעִ֔יר לְשִֽׁמְמָ֖ה וּשְׁמָמָ֑ה וְהִכְרַתִּ֥י מִמֶּ֖נּוּ עֹבֵ֥ר וָשָֽׁב׃

And I will make Mount Seʿir a desolation and a waste, and I will cut off from it him who passes through and him who returns.
