Ezekiel 9:10

וְגַ֨ם־אֲנִ֔י לֹא־תָחֹ֥וס עֵינִ֖י וְלֹ֣א אֶחְמֹ֑ל דַּרְכָּ֖ם בְּרֹאשָׁ֥ם נָתָֽתִּי׃

And I also, my eye shall not spare, and I will not have compassion. Their way I have given upon their head.”
