Hosea 7:11

וַיְהִ֣י אֶפְרַ֔יִם כְּיֹונָ֥ה פֹותָ֖ה אֵ֣ין לֵ֑ב מִצְרַ֥יִם קָרָ֖אוּ אַשּׁ֥וּר הָלָֽכוּ׃

And Efrayim has become like a silly dove without heart; they call to Mitsrayim, they go to Ashshur.
