Exodus 34:23

שָׁלֹ֥שׁ פְּעָמִ֖ים בַּשָּׁנָ֑ה יֵרָאֶה֙ כָּל־זְכ֣וּרְךָ֔ אֶת־פְּנֵ֛י הָֽאָדֹ֥ן יְהוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

Three times a year all your males shall appear before the Lord, YHWH, the God of Yisra’el.
