Exodus 40:26

וַיָּ֛שֶׂם אֶת־מִזְבַּ֥ח הַזָּהָ֖ב בְּאֹ֣הֶל מֹועֵ֑ד לִפְנֵ֖י הַפָּרֹֽכֶת׃

And he placed the golden altar in the Tent of Meeting before the curtain.
