Genesis 33:20

וַיַּצֶּב־שָׁ֖ם מִזְבֵּ֑חַ וַיִּ֨קְרָא־לֹ֔ו אֵ֖ל אֱלֹהֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ ס

And he set up there an altar and called it El Elohe Yisraʾel.
