Jeremiah 38:12

וַיֹּ֡אמֶר עֶבֶד־מֶ֨לֶךְ הַכּוּשִׁ֜י אֶֽל־יִרְמְיָ֗הוּ שִׂ֣ים נָ֠א בְּלֹואֵ֨י הַסְּחָבֹ֤ות וְהַמְּלָחִים֙ תַּ֚חַת אַצִּלֹ֣ות יָדֶ֔יךָ מִתַּ֖חַת לַחֲבָלִ֑ים וַיַּ֥עַשׂ יִרְמְיָ֖הוּ כֵּֽן׃

And ʿEved-melekh the Kushi said to Yirmeyahu, “Please put the worn-out rags and the garments under the joints of your hands, beneath the ropes.” And Yirmeyahu did so.
