Genesis 41:41

וַיֹּ֥אמֶר פַּרְעֹ֖ה אֶל־יֹוסֵ֑ף רְאֵה֙ נָתַ֣תִּי אֹֽתְךָ֔ עַ֖ל כָּל־אֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרָֽיִם׃

And Par’o said to Yosef, “See, I have set you over all the land of Mitsrayim.”
